We will gladly accept returns of unworn, resale able merchandise for REFUND when received by us within 15 days of our original date of shipment to you. Shoes must be returned in the original box and must accompany the original sales receipt. All returns must be preauthorized. Contact customer service for instructions. Freight charges are not refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.

Do not return authorized shoes to any store location, they will be refused upon delivery, please call -1-866-466-2642 for the return address and to obtain RMA#.
