Order Shipping
Shoes styles $34.95 and up shipped within the continental United States are sent free of cost to our customers.
Shoes are shipped U.P.S. ground anywhere within the United States
(Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO Boxes, Puerto Rico, and any international
locations must be shipped UPS air at an additional charge).
Shipping charge of $8.95 apply for styles under $34.95
- Overnight and two day air shipping is available at an additional charge.
- Overseas shipments are sent via UPS expedited.
- Orders are filled Monday through Friday 9AM- 4PM, shoes don’t ship the same day of the order, please allow 1-2 days for picking.
International Shipping
Shoes are shipped UPS Air from the United States, all international orders will be responsible to pay duties and taxes for the order. Once your order is placed and shipped, we will not refund packages refused or abandoned. We hope to provide you with estimate duty charges sometime in late December by email, for now please refer to your local government for charges.
No Sales Tax
No sales tax for orders shipped outside of New York State. Orders shipped within New York State will be charged sales tax of 8.875% for items valued over $110.00. There is 4.375% sales tax for New York customers on items under $110.00! There is no sales tax charged on shipping cost.
Returns and Exchanges
Do not return authorized shoes to any store location; they will be refused upon delivery, please call -1-866-466-2642 for the return address and to obtain RMA#. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, resalable merchandise for REFUND when received by us within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. Shoes must be returned in the original box and must accompany the original sales receipt. All returns must be preauthorized. Contact customer service for instructions on how to obtain your RMA#. Freight charges are not refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
Please call us to insure your full satisfaction with your order prior to leaving negative feedback. We try our hardest to insure your shopping experience with shoemania was a pleasant one. If you received the wrong shoes we apologize and will email you a return shipping label at your request for no fee. Simply print the label and place it on your shipping box and we will fulfill your return request accordingly.
