1. Can I Call 212-529-0386 to receive a refund of a walk-in purchase from one of the Manhattan stores? To receive a refund for a walk in purchase you must go to the Shoe Mania store that you have made your purchase from with a receipt & Original Shoe Box. 2. Do Shoe Promotions work on all shoes & brands? Not all promotions work on all brands, Each promotion has a list of brands that it can or can not be applied to. Please see the News Section for promotions and details or call Customer Service on our Toll Free line 1-866-466-2642.
3. What are Shoemania.com Customer Service Hours? Monday - Thursday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST) / Friday (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST) see Contact Us for more information.
4. Do you Offer Free Return Shipping? Aside from the order's Free Shipping at shoemania.com ; Shoemania.com only provides Free Shipping for orders where the shoes were received damaged or incorrect from the customers order. See Return Policy and Shipping Information for more details.
5. What is your Return Policy? Shoemania.com gives our customer 30 Days for returns and exchanges, Please Email us the Order# So we may send you a RMA# and Return Instructions. All shoes must have original shoe box and must be unworn. For more Information see Return Policy.
6. Does Shoemania.com charge a restocking fee? Shoemania.com does not charge a restocking fee. Please note: all shoes must be in unworn condition and in original shoe box. When shipping a return or exchange, Please put shoe box inside of a shipping box or paper before applying sticker labels & tape etc If shoes are not in these conditions: A 20% charge may apply. 8. If I live in the city Manhattan, Can I bring the box in myself? Unfortunately you can not walk in a return or exchange for a Internet purchase, All of our online orders must be processed through shipping. Shoemania's website and walk in Manhattan shoemania's are two different entities. See About Us for more Information.
9. What is your preferred mail carrier? You can send your package with any carrier. See Shipping Information.
10. How long does it take for a refund order to be processed? After your shoes are received, Refunds can take up to 3 business days.
11. I do not have a shoe box, Can I still return my shoes? We do prefer all orders to be shipped to us in its original box, However you can return your shoes with no shoebox. Note: There will be a 15% restock fee applied.
12. Can I make an exchange? Yes, You can make an exchange for a different size, style, or a completely different shoe (Please have the name or style prior to call). If the shoes are a different price Shoemania would either refund or deduct the difference. See Return Policy for more information.
13. How many days does it take to process an exchange? After we receive your shipment. It can take from 1-3 business days for your exchange to be shipped out.
