Say the phrase "I'm a SHOE MANIAC and I shop at shoemania.com" within the video
EMail the YouTube URL of your entry here (contests at shoemania.com) along with your name, phone number and email address.
The winners will be picked based on number of times the video is favorited on YouTube.com at midnight on New Years Eve 2008.
