 Surprisingly Warm Dec 02, 2008
For being what looks like such a light weight and ventilated shoe, these are surprisingly warm. I don't know if that bit of information is helpful or not but it was something that made me scratch my head. It really just depends on what socks you're wearing with them. I was a little irritated with the new style that Rocket Dog had taken with their shoes but I should have just given them the benefit of the doubt because these shoes are pretty great. I just missed the old ones with the roomier toes. However these are still shoes that are designed for real peoples feet, so I'm not complaining anymore.

They are true to size, colorful and comfortable. I would definitely buy another pair of Rocket Dogs!

these may be the most comfortable sneakers that I've ever owned. The insole seems to mold itself to the shape of your foot. Extremely lightweight, yet very well made, these sneakers are terrific. And so many color choices! These are one of the few fashion items that are coveted by both myself AND my teen-aged daughter, which is unusual as my feet are wider than hers, and hers are longer than mine. She wears hers to school every day. They fit very true to size (she's an 8 1/2 and I'm a 7 1/2), and we now each own a few pair in different colors. GREAT value for the money!

These shoes would get 100% from me for comfort and style appeal, but when I walk in them, the heel portion is so flexible and stretchy that my heel slips which is annoying. I don't have this problem with any other shoe I own, which are many, so there is some sort of design flaw - they fit me well everywhere else it's just the heel is too shallow. I wear them without socks since they just slip more with socks but then they aren't too breathable (nylon material) so my feet get hot if I am outdoors. For short trips or slow strolling, they are OK but I don't recommend them for long walking trips.

I really like these shoes - they are comfortable and very cute. The only thing I would say is that the shoe laces are too long - I bought a shorter pair and now they are just great!
