Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned Jan 06, 2009
I used to wear Wallabees in HS and college back in the 1970's. Now that they are available again I decided to see how the new "Clarks Originals" compare to my distant memories.
Bottom line...they are fantastic and every bit as good as I remember them. Extremely comfortable! So comfortable that I avoid wearing any of my other shoes unless I have to. The brown suede is nice because it doesn't show dirt as much as the original sand color used to.
Be aware that they do run slightly larger than normal.

Boots arrived in top notch boxing and perfect brand new condition. I love Wallabees because of their comfort and support.

Two pairs of shoes were sent to e from Gabriel shoes. Both had defective insoles on the right shoe. Further Gabriel shoes refuses to refund the total purchase price of the shoes. I am currently in dispute with the same. To all - beware: Gabriel Shoes is a rip off and Amazon.com will not help you with the same.

I wore Wallabees or Floaters what I called them when I was in High School.Then all of a sudden I could not find them anymore.I did not know that Clarks Shoes were the original makers of these shoes.But they are very comfortable to wear and they go great with Levis.Make sure you buy and apply a suede and leather stain and weather repellent to protect them.A little pricey now compare to what I payed years ago,but I love them....
